Cogela was commissioned by Loto Quebec and its subsidiary, Casiloc, to manage the entire construction project for the luxury Mont-Tremblant Casino, which is certified LEED Silver. This large-scale $55M initiative was an accelerated project, and far exceeded customer expectations.

Summary of achievements
- Construction of a 6,545m² LEED Silver building comprised of five above-ground levels featuring: 25 gaming tables, 400 slot machines, bar (with seating for 125 plus entertainment), 1 restaurant, and 1 “high roller” section.
- The investment for the project duration is over $55M

- Due to an important change in program from the client side, the project took place over three years. Initially, the project was designed around the Ludoplex gaming hall concept. This concept was abandoned during construction to focus on a luxury casino concept
- Electromechanical control systems and high-performance lighting linked to acomputerized management system
- Complex and sophisticated architecture incorporating rich, refined materials
- LEED Silver certification to promote eco-friendly development, as well as the use of green materials and resources
- Project required coordinating 250 individuals and managing a schedule of some 500 activities
