Overview
Summary of achievements
- Construction of a conference centre: 15,000 square-foot surface with a tunnel connecting the new building with the existing structure. The resort village remained in operation throughout the construction period (2008-09)
- Recuperation system to capture and reuse excess steam generated by the hotel was integrated into the building's mechanical systems.
